As a new to industry broker, you are required to complete two years of mentoring aimed to set you up for success.
The Finance Architect offers you an opportunity to work with a real world broker, passionate about the industry and committed to helping educate, guide and develop you on what it takes to be a mortgage broker.
We offer flexible mentoring arrangements designed to fit in with you, usually consisting of a monthly mentoring session, focussing on key areas that will assist you as you start your journey.

- Identifying your target market and working with you to articulate your value

- Salesforce training - The most powerful CRM in the world works side-by-side with Podium
- Compliance training - ensuring that your loans and business is compliant with all the regulations in the industry
- Loan Validation - we will review your first 12 loans to ensure that they are presented in a well organised fasion to the lender
- Broker Application Process from the time you meet with your client until submission of your deal
- Post settlement process to ensure you continue to provide your clients with exceptional service
- Checklists and templates will be provided to you to assist you in running an organised business
- Effective use of cloud storage (e.g Google Drive and Dropbox)
- Application Folder Setup
- Lender information sessions
- Understanding and interpreting tax returns
- Understanding how to ascertain serviceable income from payslips
- Understanding how to process loans for complicated structures such as trusts and companies
- Using additional technology to benefit your business.
