Broker Support - like actual Broker Support - crazy right?

​With commissions on par with your current aggregator, our promise is to reinvest those commissions back into support for you. Save yourself $55-$75k per annum on your own full-time account manager and get access to your own full-time TFA account manager for a fraction of the cost. 

Support

Many brokers sign up to an aggregator that pledges support but aren't getting the support they really need. Their commissions often go to broader aggregator initiatives and paying staff wages linked to the aggregator. At TFA, your commission is reinvested back into your growth in the form of your own support staff (as soon as you have completed your first two years in the industry), your developement and growth and improvements and enhancements to techology that is broker-focussed to benefit you and your clients.

Process

We have built a process that is client-focussed, efficient and tech-based. Using automated tasks and systems that make the handover to support staff a breeze and frees your time up to get in front of more clients.

Technology

It's the year 2021 and the world is embracing technology and automation. We have built a fully digital end-to-end process to help you become the best you can be.

Using Podium 2.0, we have a base platform and combined with other tools such as an online booking platform, document collection software and a pipeline management software that automates all the tasks you need to deliver the EPIC client experience needed to set yourself apart from other brokers.

Commission

Offering outstanding commission splits (likely to be similar to your current arrangement), our commission structure rewards you based on experience and not monthly or annual volumes. The more experience you have and the bigger your portfolio grows, the better commission split you'll automatically receive. No questions asked, it's a grow your business and be rewarded mentality.

Holiday Support

One of the problems with the solo operator in the broking world is not being able to switch off. Your clients need you and they need you now - even if you're about to board a flight for the family holiday of a lifetime. 

At TFA, you're running your brokerage but you have a TEAM behind you. A team that follows the same process, a team that is willing to step in when you've stepped out. Marketing

If you've been broking for more than 5 minutes, you'll quickly realise that being a mortgage broker in 2021 is not just sitting in front of clients talking home loans. It's admin, account management, sales, marketing and networking to name a few. It's unrealistic to think that someone qualified as a mortgage broker, can also be an expert in these other areas, nor that they have the time.

The TFA knows each broker has a different niche. Our vision is to work with you to define your ideal client and target market and not just tell you what you could be doing with your marketing but to do it for you. To build your email funnels, create the content for your social media. We want you to focus on what you're good at - writing loans and speaking to your clients.
